Wood drying is the last and most difficult phase of the wood production process. Our mission is to improve upon this process and help our customers produce even higher quality wood at increasingly lower costs, with less impact on the environment.

Pressurized hot-water spraying was our first innovation, but the patented Alent Dynamic® process for wood drying is without question our most significant — and arguably the most significant innovation to date in our industry.

We continue to innovate and develop our technologies. We work closely with researchers and sawmills to find the best way forward. Some improvements are small and iterative; the kind of things that make a big difference in the long run.
